A day at the practice

The first patients call before the team has unlocked the door. Lisa takes down what they need; the list is ready at eight.

12:30
Nobody is at the front desk, but the phone keeps ringing. Lisa answers questions and notes who wants a callback.

19:45
Patients who think of their appointment in the evening still reach someone. By morning, everything is summarised and waiting.
“I watched businesses in Carinthia lose people again and again, simply because nobody picked up. A missed call is a missed chance.”
At a medical practice every conversation is confidential. That is why Lisa runs on servers in the EU, your call data is only reachable with a login, and nobody has to guess whether they are talking to a person.

Yes. Your existing number is forwarded to Lisa, for example only when the line is busy, at lunchtime or after closing. Your patients dial the same number as always.
Lisa understands standard German and everyday Austrian German, as well as English. The best way to judge is to listen: the demo line +43 463 49 60 00 is open around the clock.
She takes a message and flags the call for a callback. She also remembers the question: you answer it once, and from then on Lisa knows.
Yes. Depending on the setup, Lisa books, moves and cancels appointments directly in the connected calendar, or notes appointment requests for your team. We agree on the right option during setup.
No. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled by email with 30 days’ notice to the end of the month.
